According to the report of Public Relations and International Affairs of Ardabil Science and Technology Park, a memorandum of understanding for the establishment of a joint science and technology campus between Ardabil Science and Technology Park and Mohaghegh Ardabil University was signed and its contract was concluded with the following objectives:1- Development of the activities of the founding organization and the partner organization in the field of innovation and technology2- More participation of science and technology centers and other target organizations in knowledge-based and innovation-based development programs in double use of their capacity in the growth and development of national economy and knowledge-based3- Creating the necessary ground for the growth and development of small and medium technology and knowledge-based businesses4- Providing the necessary conditions for attracting and establishing companies, institutes and large technology units and research and development units5- Creating a platform for the development of entrepreneurship based on science and technology and increasing the employment capacity of graduates6- Helping to increase effective and purposeful internal interactions of science and technology centers as well as the interactions of these centers with economic and executive institutions
In the meeting to sign a memorandum of understanding to establish a joint science and technology campus of Ardabil Science and Technology Park and Mohaghegh Ardabil University of Ardabil, Ebrahimpour spoke about the importance of developing new technologies in universities and said: .The head of the Science and Technology Park continued: 'By creating a joint campus, the activities of the fields of technology can be increased and they can be put on the path of becoming knowledge-based.'Habibi, President of Mohaghegh Ardabili University, pointed to the importance of joint cooperation in all fields of technology and added: 'The university can implement all new technology ideas and become a new economy by joint planning with Ardabil Science and Technology Park.' The world will flourish.He said: by allocating 5 hectares of land for the infrastructure of the joint science and technology campus of the park and the university, a good future for students of different fields can be imagined.On the sidelines of the meeting, the President of the Science and Technology Park and the President of Mohaghegh Ardabili University visited the land allocated to the joint campus.
